Community Health Fair held in Shenandoah

SHENANDOAH – Saturday afternoon, Shenandoah residents had the opportunity to learn about different resources available in the community through a Community Health Fair held at the Shenandoah Senior Living Community.

Open to all local residents, a variety of businesses and community groups were present for the event hosted by Healthy Shenandoah.

Among the vendors in attendance were Sherry Dental, Shenandoah; Mrs T’s Pierogies, Shenandoah; and the Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office.

Mrs T’s provided samples of healthy recipes, and the District Attorney’s office provided information on resources for the elderly.

The event ran from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
