Mahanoy City Police searching for wanted person

MAHANOY CITY - Raymond Santiago, aka "Shadow", 20, of Mahanoy City, is wanted by Mahanoy City Police on an outstanding felony warrant for robbery, possession of a firearm without a license, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, and theft.

Santiago is considered to be armed and dangerous and has ties to Mahanoy City and Hazleton, Luzerne County.
