WILKES-BARRE, Luzerne County – Someone from our area is among a group the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce refers to as some of the “best and brightest students” in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth Jensolowsky, of Ringtown, is a 2014 North Schuylkill graduate and a senior marketing student at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, and now holds an internship with the chamber’s Wilkes-Barre Connect program, where she will “help give resources to established businesses and entrepreneurs,” according to a release.

“Acting as a catalyst for business development in Northeastern Pennsylvania, we formulate strategic partnerships with the academic and business community to spur business and job creation, retention,” reads part of the website for the program.

Jensolowsky is among seven students from colleges in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area who received internships with the chamber for Spring 2018.
